1. WEB SPRINTERS (hereafter referred to as WEB SPRINTERS) exclusive any warranty, express implied, as to the quality accuracy timelines, completeness, performance, fitness for a particular purpose of any of its contents, hosted by WEB SPRINTERS unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. The advertiser Agrees to pay WEB SPRINTERS the amount due mentioned overleaf immediately
on signing the Advertisement contract. In case of post dated cheques issued by the advertiser, the
following terms & conditions apply.
a) The cheques shall not bounce under any circumstances.

b) The advertiser shall not issue stop payment instructions to his bank under any circumstances.

c) Incase of non-adherence of the above, legal action shall be taken in accordance with the indian negotiable instruments Act.

3. WEB SPRINTERS will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use any site or any of its contents, hosted on any of WEB SPRINTERS servers.

4. You indemnify WEB SPRINTERS of all claims, conflicts or legal proceedings arising out of all information, date, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or any other material ("content") posted on the website or privately transmitted. you undertake the sole responsibility to take necessary actions under such circumstances. This means that you, and not. WEB SPRINTERS, are entirely responsible for content that is present on your website, posted or transmitted via the service.

5. You are responsible for ensuring that material on your site, (hosted by WEB SPRINTERS) complies with international and National Laws.

6. WEB SPRINTERS reserve the right to terminate the contract & access to certain areas or features of the user's website at any time for any reason, with or without notice. WEB SPRINTERS as the universal right to deny access to particular users to any/all of its services/content without any prior notice/explanation in order to prodect the interests of WEB SPRINTERS and /or other visitors to the website.

7. After purchasing a paid subscription contract will be signed and invoice will be send to the customer, if there is any issue in the product the customer need to contact the customer support to sort out the issue. in any case of termination or cancellation, no payment will be refunded.

8. Corporate profile prepared by third party agencies will be compilation of your organization, and shall not be a credit rating. third party agencies WEB SPRINTERS will be authorized to use this information for various promotional purposes, including displaying the profile on the website with no financial liability what-so-ever owards you or other users of the corporate profile.

WEB SPRINTERS reserve the right to add or change the above terms and conditions as and when required without giving any reasons thereof and its your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing this service, changes made by us will deemed to have accepted, if you continued to use service thereafter.
